No one dies of old age! Our bodies are designed to live to at least 120 years old in great health! A study on what people die from in western civilization showed that 75% die from poor lifestyle choices in how we eat, move and think! (The other 25% of causes of death fell into 2 categories. The smallest category was accidents and injuries and we can't do much about that. The larger of the 2 categories was side effects from medical treatments!)
